Going forward with SAP
The true test for a consulting firm comes not so much when a contract is won, but when the client decides whether or not to renew it. We are proud that SAP Labs has renewed our mentoring program in China while asking us to extend our integration of personal development over three years in their FASTtrack program.
After the first year mentoring program, a second year of improving strategic areas of intelligence (culture, market and innovation) and a third in leadership will be launched in 2008. Also, the China Labs program will be transferred to the new Brazilian Service Center in Sao Leopoldo.
