On October 30, 2007 Professor Bob Aubrey, CEO of Metizo, gave a presentation in Beijing to a workshop organised by the French Chamber of Commerce.
This workshop was an opportunity for participants to hear about some of the latest research on talent development, and to learn how to successfully use mentoring for employee retention and development.
During this session, we tried to answer the following questions about mentoring:
- Why is mentoring becoming popular?
- What is personal development and why is it important for developing talents?
- What makes a mentoring program successful?
This session brought together during 1.5 hours HR professionals from major French companies including, amongst others, Airbus, PSA, Alstom, and Lafarge.
